Museum, Belgorod-Dniester

This famous museum is located in the city   Odesa Odessa region. The museum is located in a house that belonged to the merchant MK Themis and was built in the 19th century in the Empire style.   Once the museum was called Akkerman   and was created in 1940. To create served archaeological excavations that were carried out in these areas with the 1900s. It was they who gave the museum a lot of valuable items. The museum has two areas: historical and general. In the second were collected various collections of weapons, coins and prints. During World War II he plundered. Only after its completion, the museum was revived and resumed his work.

To date, the museum is open and receiving visitors. It   two departments - scientific exposition and education and research, which are located in 9 halls.
