Church of St. John the Theologian

In the village of Staraya Nekrasovka , with a population consisting mainly of the Old Believers, is the church of St. John the Divine.

Permission for the construction of the temple was received 20 years before the end of construction in the 60s of the 19th century.   The church has one dome and bell tower, which became the property of 5 small bells.   The temple is constantly updated, and when it was necessary - repaired. In 1931, the congregation decided to increase the church, but so that the oldest part is not affected.

To this end, new walls were built around the old church, pre-bay foundation. And just when everything was ready, the old wall was dismantled and carried away. Additionally, the cell were constructed and winter church. During construction of worship in the church of St. John the Theologian continued. Not rebuilt remained only the bell tower and a Sunday school.   Services are held on a daily basis according to the old rite.
