On the bank of the river lies the village Rastavitsa Pavoloch. The first official mention of it is found in 1503, but people lived here in the 12th century.   During the reign of Bohdan Khmelnytsky, the village was an important strategic point, as evidenced by today embankments and ditches.

In addition to other attractions in the village is a water mill, the construction of which dates back to the 19th century. It was then that here lived a large Jewish community.   Is building on the banks of the river near the dam. The main building with a height of three floors, built of stone quarried in the same village. Two auxiliary buildings are made of wood and are close to the river.

For a long time the mill nobody uses and does not support its appearance. Under the action of wind and water building becomes unusable and destroyed. Wooden parts badly affected, but the main building has remained good.
