Monument Ataman P. Kalnyshevsky

Historical monuments and Zaporizhzhya Sich Cossacks - a national treasure of the Ukrainian people. Monument last Cossack chieftain P. Kalnyshevsky located in a small village Pustovoytovka Sumy region, where he was born in 1691 Monument set in 1991 in honor of the 300th anniversary of countryman and since then a gradual build full memorial complex.

In the creation of the monument was attended by well-known Ukrainian sculptor R. Slin`ko and Academician Boroday. Ataman Kalnyshevsky depicted with a hetman mace in his hand - a symbol of supreme power Zaporizhzhya Sich.
