Museum of ancient tools "Craft Yard"

Unique Museum is located in the city. Zhytomyr, near the train station Kroshnya. There he was 15 years old and analogues in Ukraine does not have.
The museum`s collection includes more than 5,000 original exhibits, many of which are preserved in working order. There are quite rare and even unique specimens.
The entire museum collection is divided into parts, each of which presents ancient equipment and tools used by the different professions, from barbers, cobblers, railway workers and police to Stelmakh, carpenters and blacksmiths; of axes (there are more than a hundred copies), millstones and braids to machines and cars.
Very interesting is also a collection of ancient household items, such as, handheld device for roasting coffee beans with simultaneous mixing timber, curling and unusual tool "mastifikator" designed for grinding food for people with dental problems.
There in the museum and current copy of the old forge and furnace nakovalnyamy (the oldest dating from 1749r.). The air in the furnace bellows pumped genuine Austrian end of the XIX century. Forthcoming opening pottery workshop, which provides master classes.
The museum has a small chapel, where everyone, regardless of denomination, can go to pray, light a candle. Money is only going to charity.
The trip to the museum today is exciting for both adults and children, and will become even more interesting with the opening of the playground with various amusing for the youngest visitors, including an exhibition of toys from different times.
