Museum My Region - skirts

Museum "My Land - skirts" is located in the winery, and is the only one today in Ukraine, a museum, which combines history and development of the internal affairs bodies skirts, as well as the life of the region, its culture and other interesting events. This museum is organized on the basis of the funds and collections of the history of the city police. The organizer of the new institution "My Land - skirts" became a Lieutenant-General and concurrently head of the Ministry of Internal Affairs in Vinnitsa region V. Tyazhilov.

Now the museum is housed in 10 rooms, each devoted to a particular topic. Among them is the memorial hall, where you can see the names of all police officers killed in the line of duty, and the liquidators of the Chernobyl accident. A separate room located materials for a memorable and interesting places of the city, the history of creation of law in Russia, the war years of 1648-1654, famine, repressions. A separate exposition is devoted to the Great Patriotic War and in Afghanistan, and you can see the history of the different police departments Vinnichiny materials on culture, religion, sports achievements and their development in the province. A separate room is equipped by a branch of the museum of Vasyl Stus, in Donetsk.

In addition, here you can get acquainted with the flora and fauna of the region, with underground passages, Tripoli culture, represented here perforated jacket policeman who was killed during the arrest of a dangerous criminal in 1975. The building of the museum conducts activities on the adoption of the oath to all who became a graduate school for the training of security at the Interior Ministry in the winery.
