Youth Park
In the Leninsky district of Kharkiv almost at the entrance to the park is "Youth", founded in 1978. Above the park project worked Shulika architects Y., S. Miskova AND Zobenko.
His story begins with the appearance of a small children`s playground, which includes a bunk fortress with a hanging bridge and towers, as well as sculptures made of wood, located in the dense shade of park trees. Then behind the fortress was erected railway steam locomotive - one of the most beloved children`s entertainment. The main feature of the engine - open to universal access driver`s cab and there are two of these cars. One of these cars was equipped with a cinema for children, and the second - by shooting. Also in the park are various carousel, playground, swings, Ferris wheel. The total area of the park "Youth" at the time reached 30 hectares.
From the streets of Poltava Way to the new park was presented to the obelisk "Eaglet", where there was a venue for various celebrations. Not far from the obelisk was installed tram stop, stands out among other city buildings and structures original design and architecture.
