Nativity Church, Romney

Hrystorizdvyana church in Okhtyrka among local residents received the status of count, because it was built with funds Countess A. Chernysheva. Once it was a grand building that looks more like a palace. Today the building needs restoration.

Church of the Nativity is part of the ensemble Pokrovsky Cathedral. It was built on donations of Countess A.Chernyshovoyi. According to legend, her mother, Baroness E. The temple is unique in its spatial and decorative architectural solution. From the outside it looks more like a palace than a religious building. And the side rooms built living rooms where devout Countess often live for months.
