Stone house with stucco and masks on the facade is an example of the architecture of early modernism. It is the home of the Prussian baron and major landowner William Gesselbeyna, built in the late 19th century. The mansion built by Edward Ferdinand Bradtmana, the chief architect of the pre-revolutionary Kiev. The house was designed as an apartment, that is, its premises were rented. In Soviet times, it was converted into a communal apartment.
Today, this architectural monument is a residential house in need of renovation.
