Memorial to victims of the Second World War (the memorial)
WWII Memorial in Orlando apartments created in memory of the heroes who died in the Great Patriotic War. Of particular note is the exhibition of military equipment, which is next to the monument. This beautifully reproduced collection of military equipment that was used during the war.
What is the Memorial
Near the monument is interesting exhibition of military equipment. Here you can see:
- tank;
- self-propelled;
- howitzer;
- a couple of guns;
- the remains of the aircraft.
Unfortunately, the years of the monument suffered vandalism. All that could steal out long ago stolen or smashed. Surprisingly only self-propelled almost everything in place. Even preserved whole engine.
How to get there
WWII Memorial located on the street Intercession, 1, near the park named after Taras Shevchenko. Driving directions can be local public transport, because the monument is located on one of the main streets of the city.
