Rock-Podolsky Park
Rock-Podolsky park belongs to the category of monuments of landscape art of national importance. Founded in the late 18th century landscape and landscape design. A characteristic feature of the area is the tuberosity. The vegetation of the park perfectly matched on the basis of volume and color composition.
History park
Often in historical sources as the creation of the park indicates the end of the 18th century. Then this territory belonged to the Polish warlord A. Tarle. However, not known what was done in the park at the time.
According to all sources, A. Tarle palace built in the old fortress, one kilometer from the park. The remains of the palace have survived to the present time and became a tourist attraction.
Most likely, in what is now the park was a forest area, which in the early 19th century became the property of Polish magnates Goluchowski. It was during this period began to create a garden at the forest and at the same time reached a peak.
Three generations Goluchowski create and develop this park.
Plants in the park have been gathered from all over Europe. It was domesticated many decorative and fruit trees, bushes, including exotic to these places.
The park was created by a small lake formed by lawn and equipped with drainage gravel track. In addition, the park was built patrimony Goluchowski and several houses commercial court.
It was created enough space greenhouse, which contains a collection of exotic tropical plants. The remains of the greenhouses have survived.
From the original farmstead buildings, in addition to the greenhouse, to this day remained wing, designed as a medieval castle, which now houses the clinic, and several commercial buildings yard.
Preserved as a small building, which architecturally draws entrance to the park. According to some reports, the building was a house gardener, and now is located in a small area children`s park, in scope and purpose like a school of young nerds.
In 1960, 29 January, the park received the status of natural reserve fund.
What grows in the park
The area reaches 11 hectares park. In total there are about 100 species, hybrids of trees, shrubs and vines. The main value of landscape attractions are Bicentennial Tree, including:

How to get there
Rock-Podolsky park is located in the same village, on the border of Khmelnitsky region. Before the settlement lies T2001 line, which goes from the city Chertkov . Also in the village is the railway station "Rock-Podolsky." Train path also extends through Chertkov.
