The festival "Jazz on the Dnieper" 2016, Dnipro, Dnipro
This year within the framework of Boris Filatov "Cultural Capital" held a grand festival "Jazz on the Dnieper River" in 2016 in the river. It will be restored on a long tradition of quality Jazz Festival, where in addition to musical performances planned bright and rich program.

Programme Jazz Festival
Holiday Jazz in the river coincides with the Day of the city, so the organizers are ready to meet more than 10 thousand guests. The festival will take place in the style five-hour open-air locations in three cities. The main stage will be set in Monastyrskiy Peninsula.
The city invited many prominent musicians who are currently traveling and advocate of jazz worldwide. So present your work at the grand event will have guests from other countries:

- Denyss Pashkevich of Latvia;
- Olivier Ker Orio from France;
- Rickard Malmsten of Sweden;

- young stars of the New York Lincoln Center Jazz - Michael Mvenso and the group «The Shakes».
Ukraine will present at the festival performers:
- winner of "Eurovision - 2016" Jamal;
- Dmitry Alexandrov quintet «Bobeen»;
- Legendary "Credo";
- and immigrants from Dnieper Andrey Kondakov, Irina Rodiles and Victor Dvoskin.
For the first time in the city will make known trumpeter, 5 one-time winner of "Grammy" Randy Brecker, and which also will conduct master classes. Special guest of the event - saxophonist year Marhittsa with the US group «Miles Electric Band».
