Exhibition of paintings by Helen Zvyagintsev "Defenders of the native land", Kyiv

Young artist Elena Zvyagintsev was born in. In 2013 graduated in Eastern National University Ukrainian (m. Lutsk). Department of decorative art. My favorite genre is the portrait of Helen.

In the author`s paintings depicted courageous, strong spirit and will of male soldiers, Cossacks.

Art is not a genre, which represented some events, battles, etc., it is - figurative portraits Cossacks filled with symbolic meaning, character. When the artist created, it invested in each image of the soul, to convey the mood and emotions.

In the paintings depicted the Cossacks, not just those glorious warriors who once fought for their country, but are shown in the present understanding, as a symbol of Cossack invincible willpower invincibility spirit, sacred meaning and essence defender warrior.

Great attention by faith Cossacks. There are paintings, depicting the Cossacks pray. For special prayer warrior, strong, sincere. These images embody the experiences indicate the need for assistance in the life of God in difficult times.

Particular attention is paid author portraits of famous Cossack leaders such as John of Gaunt and Maxim Zaliznyak. The artist calls them martyrs, heroes.

About Cossack victory was known to all, not just those they protect, but also enemies. On the glorious warriors legends, stories. Most interesting were the stories about the Cossacks Kharakternyky that were like magicians could tip over at any animal: wolf, cat or bird naslaty "fog" in the eyes of the enemy, or if the host country was in danger.

The exhibition also offers you a picture, which depicts Kozak mother, legendary, original incarnation Ukrainian character image of freedom, stability and immortality of our people. No enemy could not overcome Cossack Mamai, because it was like their legends, nezborymym.

The image of Mamaia artist conceived a little different than we are accustomed to it (cross-legged sitting cross-legged and playing the bandura). We see that option, composed on the basis of all known image. We can say that the legend Cossack Mamai lives increasingly in other composite solutions and designs of artists.

The exhibition will feature images as simple Cossack warriors. Author though not specifically depicted in the paintings of famous hetman, to show greater significance ordinary Cossacks who were and are advocates of the poor people. Cossack Host will always crowned with glory and today brings us - Cossack family never ends!
