Blooming daffodils in Hust, Khust
When is "bare" land appear first green shoots, and every day it becomes a magical floral carpet - a wonderful sight!
And this phenomenon can be observed from 1 to May 25, 2015 in the Carpathian Biosphere Reserve . At this time the mass starts to bloom the world`s largest array of natural undergrowth - narcissus, which is listed as endangered.
Narcissus Valley is located in Hust and is located at an altitude of 200 meters above sea level, between the rivers Tisza and Hustets.
The beginning of flowering may shift depending on weather conditions, but for a long period of observation was noted - the first flowers appear early as May 1.
