Hutsulshchyna National Nature Park
Hutsulshchyna Nature Park is a real gem of the Ukrainian Carpathians. The park was created in 2002 with the purpose of conservation and sustainable use of the resources of flora and fauna, natural systems and ethnocultural environment of this region. The highest point in the park is Grehit Mountain. This area is home of the hutsuls. Their ancient customs, crafts and unique culture will impress you.
Over years, boundless forests, mountain streams and waterfalls of the Carpathians of Pokuttia and Bukovyna attract more and more travellers. Many plant and animal species of the region are listed in the Red Book of Ukraine. Tourist infrastructure is being well developed here. Recreation centres, hotels and resorts are built here. They offer a lot of options for active rest in all seasons. Hiking trails and eco-routes are part of the park.
