Vinnytsia Zoo

Vinnitsa zoo - it`s the best place to walk with the kids or with friends. Compact yet spacious zoo has become a haven for animals of different species that thrive in the conditions of the local environment.

The zoo was founded in 2005 and is the youngest of all the zoos in Ukraine. To fill aviaries animals workers needed help immediately four zoos. They were Kiev , Cherkassy , Rivne, and Mensky menageries.

At a young Vinnytsia exotic zoo live ostriches, antelopes, camels, wild boars, deer, Asiatic wild ass. Guests can also see buffalo, bison, goats, ponies, India bulls, mouflon, pheasants, peacocks and many others. In general, the zoo has no less than 400 individuals - members of different species. All cages are arranged in a particular order - to the neighborhood animals were comfortable. There are special green areas in the form of the garden separating animals by habitat.

In the winery should also visit Nicholas Church in the Old Town area and look at the ethnographic museum.
