Roman Catholic Chapel

A small Catholic chapel near the village of Small understory can be seen while driving along the road route. At the junction of two roads, the traveler immediately struck by a large church complex.

Magnificent temple built in the pseudo-Gothic style, in addition, the architecture of the facade there are elements of classicism. Near the temple is a small chapel built long before the church. Religious buildings surrounding the old cemetery, which was founded on the remote once the hill from the village. Now located on a hilltop church and along the hill on the road from Lutsk and Rivne.

Like most Catholic chapels, the chapel in the Small understory planned as a point of departure a prayer for the dead and buried in the local cemetery. Over time, the shrine has become so popular that no longer accommodate all the parishioners, it was decided to build a temple near full.

The architecture of the chapel remains unchanged since the construction and has a reserved character - without direct stucco walls and eaves, a small bell tower and modest stone cross, towering above the main entrance.
