Stone Church appeared in Truskavets in the 19th century, taking the place of an older temple. It was first built up a one-storey building with a gable roof, which was crowned with a dome with lanterns.
The four-decorated church interior iconostasis, created in the second half of the 19th century. The work of the old masters managed to keep to this day. Later became a construction stone bell tower, built in 1920. At the same time made and reconstruction of the church. The work was funded Greek-Catholic community, which now owns the building of the temple.
On the square in front of the church congregation meets sculpture "Jesus Christ and the Samaritan woman" . Nearby is a monument to Metropolitan Sheptytsky . And near the church, in the building of the Sambir-Drohobych Diocese located Diocesan Museum .
