Freedom Square, Zaporozhye

As in many cities, Zaporozhye is the area of Freedom, which in itself is an attraction and which is a set of elements that are of interest.

What you can see on the Liberty Square

There is a pretty well-kept green Park Square Garden "Oak Grove", in which I want to walk all the time, not going beyond: so beautiful sight (of course, in the warmer months). On the edge of the park is a monument to the chief security officer - Felix Dzerzhinsky. Actually, the look of "Iron Felix" is directed towards the Freedom Square.

Adjacent to the area is Regional Academic Theatre named after Vladimir Magar, Children`s Hospital and a bowling club. A considerable proportion of industrial added atmosphere is not as picturesque as the park houses, supermarkets and tram lines that cut through the area.

Getting there

Not far from the Freedom Square is located in Zaporozhye Lenin Avenue, which is the main street of the city of Zaporozhye. Also nearby there is Gorky Street, where there are many different attractions, a must to visit. To get to the area with almost anywhere in the city can be both by bus (for example, number 62 and 55) and the tram (for example, number 10, 16).
