St. Vincent de Paul, Belogorie

Church of St. Vincent de Paul is located in the village Belogorie Khmelnitsky region. In addition to religious values, it is an architectural monument of the land. It is often photographed and strolling locals and tourists.

Construction of the church of St. Vincent de Paul in the village Belogorie began in 1612. Next to him was erected Dominican monastery. Temple opened in 1660. Construction was carried out by means Senyuta magnate, who then owned the village. Later the building was destroyed.

Church restored in 1789. The monastery existed until 1859.

In 1869 the church was rebuilt in the Orthodox Church, which operated until 1935. In the Soviet period, the building served different functions: prison, club, library, police station, printing.

In 1991, the Catholic Church gave the village. Here undergoing restoration.

The church is on the increase. It is a high building. At the church has two towers that once served as bell towers. On the walls are the remains of plaster. The facade is decorated with small windows and doors. In a cross towers.
