One of the youngest museums of Odessa is a municipal museum of personal collections of Alexander Vladimirovich Bleschunov - founder of Odessa mountaineering, researcher and collector. Almost all his life devoted Bleschunov create a collection that is of interest for its uniqueness. Here are collected everyday objects of the peoples of different countries, religious relics and works of art. Two years before his death, gave Bleschunov collection to the city.

Museum researcher in the name (in his apartment on the streets of Polish 19) are dozens of small exhibition on the history and culture of Ukraine, as well as many countries in East and West. In addition, a special place is allocated for religious sections: Christianity, Buddhism, Islam. It also presents the largest collection of miniatures, Old Believer icons, personal seals, fans, oriental rugs, and many other household items of different nations of the world. Separate exhibition presents Odessa: Bleschunov could not ignore his hometown, whose history he also honored. He amassed a collection of household items Odessites more than a century ago.

It is worth noting that the citizens of Odessa, knowing of the existence of the museum, willingly participate in the appendix and a variety of exhibitions.
