The Church has stood on the site of the once private homes here in December 1991. The doors of the temple opened for the first time on Christmas Eve. Construction of the church lasted for long 15 years. The construction engaged Vasily Dehterenko with the support of some people from Norway. The future of the church community helped as she could. The temple is decorated with arched windows and three crosses on the roof. By the main entrance are grand stage. Since 1995, the church opened a soup kitchen. She founded the International Charitable Foundation "Open Heart". The main contingent of the dining room are orphans and children from poor families. Today, the church is the pastor, Alexander Dechtiarenko. The community is estimated at one and a half thousand people.
