International Festival of Short Films «Wiz-Art» 2016, Lviv, L'viv
Toward the end of July will host the International Festival of Short Films «Wiz-Art» 2016 in Lviv. The event is held annually. The organizers are trying to showcase more than 100 works of creative short film. The authors try to show the current status and trends of cinema both in Ukraine and abroad.
The festival is held to create a solid strong platform where participants can share experiences, learn new ways, establish professional relationships and collaborate with different creative environment.
Venue: Palace of Arts on the street Copernicus, 17, Lviv.
Dates: Home - July 27, will run until 31 July 2016.
The program of the international festival
The program of the event is supposed to show competitive and non-competitive selections of short films. In addition, the authors conducted retrospective and presentation. Last year, prominent guests of the festival were directors from different countries: UK, Norway, Germany, Scotland and others. In 2016 the organizers «Wiz-Art» plan to arrange a surprise for the guests.
The main festival will be the award-winning traditional five nominations:
- "The best scenario";
- "Best director";
- "Best Cinematography";
- "Best Ukrainian Movie";
- Grand prix.
Also, the participants expect more awards from the jury and the audience award.
