Festival "Hutsul bryndzya" 2016, Rachel, Rakhiv
In the first weekend of September in Western Ukraine traditionally is a gastronomic festival and fair. This will be the sixteenth festival "Hutsul bryndzya" Rahov in 2016, to be held within the XXIII International Hutsul Festival.
"Hutsul bryndzya" is an autumn holiday that symbolizes the return of the sheep meadows home. The event clearly demonstrates the true traditions of Hutsul-polonynnykiv - their culture, handicraft, life, hospitality and achievements.

Festival Program 2016 in Rakhiv cheese
Holding gastronomic event "Hutsul cheese" propagating the ancient shepherd crafts, a feature which is manufacturing many kinds of cheese made from sheep`s milk.
The main theme of traditional festival - a tasting event participants freshly prepared cheese, Budz and vurda. In addition, all visitors have a unique opportunity to get acquainted with a wide variety of traditions, culture and life Rakhiv Hutsul.
