City Day Kherson 2016, Kherson
Another Day of Kherson city authorities in 2016 decided to celebrate in a big way. One of the most unusual ideas that are going to implement - open-air restaurant where concerts will be held for Kherson.
On the 238th anniversary of the Day of the organizers promise to hold concerts of symphonic and jazz music festival of national minorities and many more. Is expected to attract several renowned creative teams, including variety and circus «Jin Roh».
Venue: different locations of the city of Kherson .
Dates: 16, 17 and 18 September 2016.
Cost: entry to most events is free.
What will happen to the City Day Kherson 2016
The main events will be held in the Park "Kherson fortress." Activities will continue for 3 days, will begin the day before prominent date. For concerts and performances of creative groups are equipped with 3 stage area. There will be a full-fledged festival "Battle of talents".
From 16 September, the park will run Kherson exhibition of Folk Artists Union "Dnipro Palette". The visitors present their handmade masterpieces more than 40 artists who produced them throughout the year. Participants also hold fascinating workshops in which everyone can participate.
The park will be organized enactment "Cossack glory of Kherson." Members of the Club of historical reconstruction "Knights of the Great Steppe" will present:
- traditional Ukrainian Cossack costumes;
- unique kinds of crafts such as blacksmithing in any of wanting to be able to test their strength;
- show staged fights with elements recovered weapons since the late Middle Ages and ages 17-18.
Also here you can taste delicious and Cossack porridge, cooked in a huge pot from an ancient recipe.
The City Council plans to organize cooperation with entrepreneurs, restaurateurs. They will move some of its temporary tables and equipment to the area before the Concert Hall "Jubilee", serving Kherson.
Precondition for all restaurateurs - white tablecloths on the tables. For guests of the restaurants will accompany performances by dance groups and a lot of classical music.

Gala is held on Saturday, as always, on the waterfront in the Glory Park . Significant event to celebrate the City Day will be a concert of "Okean Elzy."
