The museum complex "Old School"
Museum Complex "Old School" helps visitors to witness looked like Transcarpathian school in 60-70 years of the last century. The complex consists of two museums, schools, "Soviet school" and "Czech school".
Furnishings classes enables feel the spirit of the time. Their walls are hung with portraits of leaders of the time, and the old parties still stand inkwells. Each class has a stove in the corner. In the office of the director can see a massive phone, an old typewriter, radio and "a chronicle of the school" (logs with assessments and personal affairs of students).
"Czech School" lasted only 7 years old. It was built according to the recollections of her students. The school consists of two buildings - a classroom and the staff room. Her children attended only local Jews and representatives of the Czech government - Notaro, constable and gendarmes aimed at Transcarpathia from the Czech Republic.
In the "Soviet school" immediately catches the eye attributes ideological education of youth: a portrait of the young Lenin Komsomol organization of the flag and the red area. Those who witnessed the time immediately recall school lineup with bugles and drums, their standard program and biographies of Communist leaders, which all students must have been well aware of.
