Torun pass

Mountain passes have long been associated with travelers with a lot of inconvenience, and even the dangers of crossing. But this is not about Toruń Pass, which is one of the most comfortable seats in the Ukrainian Carpathians, located between the villages of Vyskov and Torun. The roads are relatively flat, allowing you to go on a jeep without fear of getting stuck, although paved highways here, of course, does not smell. Toruń is located on the border pass Ivano-Frankivsk and region, as it passes from one road (Valley - Hust). The northern slope of the pass - a gentle, but on the southern road winds steeply up serpentine. Saddle of up to 931 meters in height. Like many local places, Pass preserves the memory of the last war: here you can find the Hungarian concrete bunker (probably in 1940), as well as the cemetery, where are buried the Austro-Hungarian soldiers who defended the pass in the First World War.
