On the basis of the building of the Dnepropetrovsk regional council in Dnepropetrovsk operates the youngest branch of Dnipropetrovsk historical museum named Yavornytsky - Museum of the History of local government in Dnipropetrovsk region.
The history of the museum and the collection
The museum was opened in 2007. It is the youngest museum in the area. Its main goal - to tell residents about the history of the city government in Dnepropetrovsk since the 11th century to the present day.
For a more detailed disclosure of subject matter of the museum exhibits were divided into nine thematic exhibitions.
