Monument to Pope John Paul II
Monument to Pope John Paul II is located in the city of Vinnitsa in the area of the monastery of the Capuchin Order and close near the Church of the Virgin Mary. The grand opening of the monument took place in October 2010. The event was timed to the anniversary of the appointment of Karol Wojtyla to the post of the pontiff of the Roman Catholic Church (October 16, 1978).
